Narrative

On June 22, 2026, LCPD was assigned a burglary call at 1580 N 600 W; Gary Rick's. It was reported by the victim that some individuals stole some condensers over the weekend. The victim was contacted and they advised that they had been trying to download the footage, and during which, everything was wiped from the system, so they no longer had footage. The victim stated that on Saturday at 1820 hours, two individuals entered their property and took around seven condensers and approximately four coils. The victim stated that these items combined were worth approximately $2000. The victim reported an older silver mini van with a trailer and gold-ish colored Hyundai involved. She stated there was a male and female, both with darker skin, and the male being heavier set. She reported the van as having a lot of dents and damage on the passenger side. She stated that the van with the trailer backed up to the Southeast end of their business where the dumpster is and both individuals loaded up the trailer and left within a few minutes. The victim sent a photo where I identified a 1996-2000 Dodge Grand Caravan, silver in color, and a 2020-current Hyundai Tucson, grey or beige.
