Overview - 26018172: On Thursday, October 8, 2026, at approximately 02:35 AM EDT, a female resident of the Riverside Towers located at 99 Riverside Avenue Medford, MA reported that her gray 2004 Toyota RAV4 SUV bearing Massachusetts registration #2TRK15 had been stolen. The vehicle was reportedly taken by an acquaintance known to the victim as "Teddy", accompanied by a second unidentified male. On May 6, 2026, at approximately 10:47 p.m., deputies responded to the 11800 block of Potranco Road, where a male was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Deputies located the victim, later identified as Franky Garza, lying partially inside a doorway and unresponsive. Lifesaving measures were attempted; however, Franky was pronounced deceased at the scene.

On September 18, 2026, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office was contacted regarding a report of retail theft involving multiple suspects at several different locations. Two of the suspects have been identified. BCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the remaining three suspects.

On May 15, 2026, at approximately 3:51 PM EDT, the suspect used a stolen Citizens Bank Mastercard at CVS Pharmacy, 590 Fellsway, Medford, MA, to purchase a prepaid Mastercard gift card.

NRHPD is investigating reports of an indecent incident that occurred at a department store off North Tarrant and Precinct Line Rd yesterday evening. The call came into dispatch just after 9:00 p.m., and officers were on scene within minutes, checking the area. Several officers checked for the suspect vehicle, a silver Chevy truck, but were unable to locate it. The suspect appears to be a white male, longer brown hair and brown beard, and was wearing a white t-shirt and tan pants at the time of the assault. He appears to be between 5'6"-5'10" and weighing between 140-160 pounds with a smaller build.
